There 's a slight difference between ( Yours sincerely & Yours faithfully )

Yours sincerely is used when you'd like to send a letter to somebody unknown to you ....

as you may do when you apply for a job , you just know the company not the manager .. so

Yours sincerely ....

For ( Yours faithfully ) >>>

It's used when you send a letter to somebody known to you
